On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New
York with a - vote.
Resolution #107-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is desirous of retaining a firm to assist
with locating grant opportunities for Village projects and completing the necessary
tasks to apply for such grants; and
WHEREAS, the Village has received a proposal from Nelson Pope and Voorhis
(“NPV”) of Suffern, New York, to provide such services; and
WHEREAS, NPV has also provided a proposal to conduct application reviews for the
Planning Board; and
WHEREAS, the retaining of a planning consultant was one of the seven tasks
identified by the Engineering Department review plan undertaken by the Village; and
WHEREAS, all costs related to application reviews for the Planning Board will be
borne by the applicant,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement with Nelson Pope and
Voorhis of Suffern, New York.
