On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-
Hudson, New York:   
 
Resolution #108-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson solicited sealed bids for the Harmon 
Firehouse HVAC system under Bid No. 3-2025; and 
 
WHEREAS, on February 26, 2025, the Village Board awarded the bid to HVAC Now 
Inc. in the amount of $150,000; and 
 
WHEREAS, it has since been determined that the size of the condensing units needs to 
be increased from 14-ton to 16-ton; and 
 
WHEREAS, it has further been determined to use ceiling hung units instead of wall-
mounted units for the system; and 
 
WHEREAS, HVAC Now has submitted a change order in the amount of $32,000 for 
this work, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized 
to execute Change Order No. 1 with Armor-Tite Construction Corp. in the amount of 
$32,000; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for this project has been allocated in capital 
accounts H3410.2102.09190 and H4540.2102.23445.
