On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of 
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:   
 
Resolution #115-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has contracted with DebtBook to 
manage the Village’s leases, and short- and long-term debt; and 
 
WHEREAS, the use of DebtBook fulfills the Village’s requirements under the 
GASB 87 standard; and 
 
WHEREAS, a renewal agreement has been submitted to the Village for the 
upcoming year, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized 
to execute the renewal agreement with DebtBook for the period of June 1, 2025, 
through May 31, 2026, at a cost of $7,770; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for such agreement is available in the 
following accounts: A1320.4000, F1320.4000 and G1320.4000.
