On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the 
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of 
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:   
 
Resolution #116-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has contracted with SeamlessDocs 
of New York, New York, to host the Village’s online forms for the Village 
Manager’s office, Village Clerk’s office and Village Treasurer’s office; and 
 
WHEREAS, SeamlessDocs also accepts online payments through a third-party 
platform for the Village; and 
 
WHEREAS, a renewal agreement has been submitted to the Village for the 
upcoming year, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized 
to execute the renewal agreement with SeamlessDocs for the period of June 1, 
2025, through May 31, 2026, at a cost of $4,958.58; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for such agreement is available in 
A6410.4000.
