On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #117-2025
WHEREAS, the Village conducted a mailing to all property owners in April
regarding the shift to using the Town’s assessment roll for Village taxes beginning
in 2026; and
WHEREAS, the cost of this mailing was not included in the 2024-2025 General
Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make the following budget transfer in the 2024-2025 General Fund budget:
