On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #121-2025
WHEREAS the Village of Croton-on-Hudson sought a grant from the New York
State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) for the purchase of a
recycling truck; and
WHEREAS, the Village has been notified that it was selected to receive a grant in
the amount of $62,150.50 to partially fund the purchase of the recycling truck; and
WHEREAS, the NYSDEC recently visited the DPW Garage to inspect the truck
and approved the Village to receive the grant funds,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement between the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and
the New York State Dept. of Environmental Conservation in the amount of
$62,150.50 to partially fund the purchase of a recycling truck.
