On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with a 
- vote. 
 
Resolution #123-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees approved the execution of a Payment in Lieu of 
Taxes (PILOT) Agreement (“Agreement”) with Maple Commons; and 
 
WHEREAS, the first payment under this Agreement was received in April 2025; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village received the full payment and is responsible for paying out the 
other taxing entities under the terms of the Agreement; and 
 
WHEREAS, Resolution 112-2025 did not fully allocate the funds received, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to amend 
the 2024-2025 General Fund Budget as follows:

Payments in Lieu of Taxes – 
Contractual 
 $7,807.41 
 
GENERAL REVENUES 
Increase 
 A1000.1081 
Other Payments in Lieu of Taxes
