On motion of TRUSTEE ____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _____________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #125-2025 WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees has authorized the Village Manager to declare Village property as surplus once it has reached the end of its useful life; and WHEREAS, the Village recently auctioned off a number of vehicles and pieces of equipment which were determined to be surplus; and WHEREAS, the total proceeds from this auction were $13,970; and WHEREAS, these funds will be re-invested into the Village’s fleet maintenance and computer systems, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to amend the 2024-2025 General Fund Budget and 2024-2025 Capital Fund Budget in the amount of $13,970 as follows: GENERAL REVENUE Increase A1000.2665 – Sales of Equipment $13,970 GENERAL EXPENSES Increase A3120.4200 – Police – Supplies $ 2,700 A9901.9030 – Transfer to Capital Fund $11,270 CAPITAL REVENUE Increase H1000.5031.24467 – Transfer from General Fund $11,270 CAPITAL EXPENSES Increase H5110.2010.24467 – DPW Equipment $11,270 Dated: May 21, 2025
