Hello Manager Healy, Mayor Pugh, and Trustee Simon –
The BPC committee has reviewed the eBike/eScooter statue crafted and adopted by Ossining as a prerequisite for
the Project MOVER bike share program. Concluding the committee’s discussion on 24-April-25, we are in support
of the language and intent of the regulation – and support adopting an identical statute for the Village of Croton.
Review and discussions on the program’s signage and marketing collateral (provided by Nelson\Nygaard) are
ongoing.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
We are very excited to see this project come to fruition in the Village, and wish to thank Len for his leading efforts!
Regards,
Matt Arnold
