On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York: Resolution #99-2025 WHEREAS, the Village has received a special permit renewal application from Verizon Wireless for a colocation of the personal wireless services facility located at 26 Veterans Plaza in the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot; and WHEREAS, Chapter 206, Telecommunications Towers, of the Village Code requires the Board of Trustees to renew the special permit at five-year intervals to determine whether technology has changed; and WHEREAS, the initial special permit was issued in 2010, and was renewed in 2015 and 2020, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby schedules a Public Hearing on June 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building to consider the special permit renewal application from Verizon Wireless for a colocation of the personal wireless services facility located at 26 Veterans Plaza in the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot.
