On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #133-2025
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson established a Length of Service
Award Program (LOSAP) for active firefighters in the Croton-on-Hudson
Volunteer Fire Department in 2003; and
WHEREAS, Penflex Inc. manages the administrative and actuarial records for the
Fire Department LOSAP; and
WHEREAS, RBC Wealth Management manages the investment portion of the Fire
Department LOSAP; and
WHEREAS, RBC Wealth Management has provided the Village with an updated
investment policy statement to guide the long-term investments of the program,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
adopts the updated investment policy statement submitted by RBC Wealth
Management.
