On motion of TRUSTEE , seconded by TRUSTEE , the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, 
with a - vote. 
 
                                               Resolution #136-2025 
 
WHEREAS, on May 8, 2025, the Village issued a request for proposals (RFP) for 
stenographic work in the Village Justice Court; and 
 
WHEREAS, two proposals were received by the deadline of May 22, 2025; and 
 
WHEREAS, Bridget Abatecola was the lowest responsible respondent to the RFP, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to 
enter into a contract with Bridget Abatecola for stenographic work in the Village 
Justice Court beginning June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026; and 
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for such services is available in the 
following account: A1110.4000.
