On motion of TRUSTEE ________, seconded by TRUSTEE __________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #185-2025 WHEREAS, Westchester County has submitted a letter requesting the waiving of fees related to their wetlands permit application for the replacement of the Quaker Bridge; and WHEREAS, the Village is undertaking a project to install electric vehicle charging stations at the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot; and WHEREAS, Lindsay Audin, Sustainability Committee chair, has requested a fee waiver for the project to help keep costs in line with the grant funding provided for the project, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby waives any and all fees related to the Quaker Bridge replacement project and the electric vehicle charging station project at the Croton-Harmon Train Station parking lot.
