On motion of TRUSTEE ________, seconded by TRUSTEE __________, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York with a - vote. Resolution #186-2025 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF A WESTCHESTER COUNTY STORMWATER PROGRAM GRANT APPLICATION FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ALONG BROOK STREET AND TERRACE PLACE WHEREAS, to improve stormwater drainage and reduce flooding, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is looking to improve the drainage along Brook Street and Terrace Place (“Project”); and WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is seeking funding under the “Westchester County Flood Mitigation Program”; and WHEREAS, the cost estimate for the Project is $1.402 million, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson hereby authorizes the Village Manager to take all necessary action to submit an application for $701,000 in the Westchester County Flood Mitigation Program to improve the drainage along Brook Street and Terrace Place, and, upon the funding of said amount, commits to provide the match of $701,000.
