To: From: Date: August 19, 2025 Re: Bench Donations Recently, the Village received a donation from the Fox-Eklof American Legion Post 505 in the amount of $1,400 for the purchase of two park benches. The benches have been requested for Duck Pond Park and Black Rock Park. I would like to thank the American Legion members and community members who contributed to this donation and appreciate their interest in enhancing our park facilities. The Village has also received a donation in the amount of $2,604.18 from the Lentz family in memory of Richard T. Lentz. This bench will be located in Black Rock Park. I would like to thank the Lentz Family for their donation and their interest in memorializing their family member in this way. I respectfully request that the Village Board accept these donations.
