Based upon some plans that are developing on my end, I may need to forego attending the August 26 meeting. If that is the case, and since I wanted to be present to cast a vote regarding the variance for 25 N Riverside Avenue, does there exist an any provision for an “in absentia” vote? I don't suppose there is, but I thought I would inquire.   1. It is my intention to resign from the Board as of the completion of the September 30 meeting. I was hoping that by providing this early notice, you may have ample opportunity to select a new member in time for the October meeting.
