On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #192-2025
WHEREAS, on June 11, 2025, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson Board of Trustees,
adopted Resolution 161-2025 to accept a proposal from Lexipol LLC to revise the
department policy manual and provide daily training bulletins; and
WHEREAS, shortly thereafter, the Village’s workers compensation carrier,
PERMA, announced a grant program for Lexipol customers; and
WHEREAS, the Village has been awarded a five-year grant from PERMA to help
defray the annual costs associated with the Lexipol agreement in the annual amount
of $3,919.05,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the grand disbursement agreement with
PERMA in the amount of $3,919.05.
