On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York 
with the following vote:  
 
Resolution #193-2025 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has been awarded a grant in the 
amount of $100,000 from the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York 
(DASNY) to help fund the renovation of the Harmon Firehouse for Croton EMS; and 
 
WHEREAS, the funding has been granted under the Community Resiliency, 
Economic Sustainability, and Technology (CREST) Program, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby 
authorizes the Village Manager to sign the Grant Disbursement Agreement with the 
Dormitory Authority of the State of New York and to execute any additional 
documents necessary for the acceptance and administration of the grant funds.
