On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #196-2025
WHEREAS, Well No. 4 at the Water Department has been placed out of service due
to an issue with the motor; and
WHEREAS, the well rehabilitation company has recommended that the motor be
repaired to place the well back into service; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of this repair was not included in the 2025-2026 Water
Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make the following budget transfer in the 2025-2026 Water Fund budget:
