On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson,
New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #197-2025
WHEREAS, the Village’s sanitary sewer truck recently underwent emergency
repairs; and
WHEREAS, the total cost of these repairs was $16,351.28; and
WHEREAS, this cost was not included in the 2025-2026 Water Fund & Sewer Fund
budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: the Village Treasurer is hereby authorized
to make the following budget transfer in the 2025-2026 Water Fund & Sewer Fund
budgets:
