On motion of Trustee ____, seconded by Trustee _____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #199-2025 WHEREAS, there are a number of capital projects that have been completed throughout the past fiscal year; and WHEREAS, upon discussion with the Village Manager, the Village Treasurer recommends closing the capital accounts associated with these projects as follows: 12242 Security Camera Croton Landing $ 1,451.25 15305 Shed for Equipment – Muni. Bldg. ($2,765.17) 18340 DPW Vehicles 2017/18 $ - 19351 DPW Equipment $ - 20366 6 Wheel Dump Truck Spreader $ - 21382 Security Improvement 2nd Floor $ - 21385 Upgrade Phone System $ 499.57 22391 DPW Vehicles $ - 23439 Grand Street Wall Replacement $ 4,162.00 23441 DPW Vehicles ($185,000) 23442 Fire Boat Marine 12 $ 194,477.81 23443 WEFH Solar Project $ - 23449 Planner Affordable Housing ($14,940) 24473 Electric Bikes $ 399.04 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees authorizes the Village Treasurer to close the above listed accounts as of May 31, 2025, and transfer $1,715.50 from the General Fund unassigned fund balance to make the accounts listed above whole.
