An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on July 23, 2025, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse
Municipal Building.
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals was made by Trustee Slippen. The motion was seconded by Trustee Simon and
approved with a 5-0 vote at 8:50 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Slippen, the Board voted 5-0 to adjourn the
