COOPERATIVE BIDDING BLANKET RESOLUTION WHEREAS it is the desire of the Putnam Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services to allow any officer, board, or agency of a political division or of any district therein, adopting this Resolution to bid jointly in those supplies, commodities, materials, and equipment set forth below, NOW, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the________________________________________________________________________________ School District hereby agrees to participate with other school districts of the Putnam Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services, Westchester & Putnam Counties, New York, adopting this in the joint bidding of: Bid Yes No Bid Yes No Asbestos Abatement and Mold Remediation Services Plumbing Supplies Construction Electricity Supplies Asphalt Paving, Resurfacing and Site Work Fine Paper Supplies Fence Installation and Repair Science Hardware & Art Supplies Construction Trades – Carpentry Printing Services & Science 21 Printing Services Construction Trades – Electricity Construction Trades – HVAC Overhead Garage Doors Construction Trades – Plumbing Commercial Floor Covering Construction Trades – Masonry Fuel Tank Repair and Maintenance Welding Supplies Glazing Carpentry Supplies Blacktop Care and Maintenance HVAC Supplies BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall remain in effect until: June 30, 2027, AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that it is agreed that the specifications as presented will be used, and that this BOARD agrees to bid its required amount of said commodities jointly with other participating school districts and Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES and the Putnam Northern Westchester BOARD of Cooperative Education Services. The recommendation of the Purchasing Steering Committee will be considered when this BOARD acts on the purchase of said Commodities.
