Resolution #117-2026, dated June 2, 2026, would formally submit a home rule request asking the State Legislature to authorize the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to establish a school speed zone camera demonstration program. It cites bill A11322-B, introduced by Assemblywoman Dana Levenberg in the State Assembly, and companion bill S10058-C, introduced by State Senator Peter Harckham, and directs that a copy of the request be sent to both legislators. The adoption certification in this copy leaves the vote count blank.
