Hi all -
Attached please find completed building use forms with proposed dates/times. We will work directly with Carla to finalize
the dates and locations.
I've also attached a copy of our insurance cert.
Regarding the fee waiver, would it be possible to add it as an agenda item at the next board meeting? Croton Little
League is a volunteer run, non-profit organization that exists for the benefit of the Croton on Hudson community. We
respectfully request to have all fees associated with using CHUFSD facilities waived.
