--- PAGE 1 --- HALDANE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT 15 CRAIGSIDE DRIVE COLD SPRING, NY 10516 2025-2026 CONTRACT FOR HEALTH AND WELFARE SERVICES THIS AGREEMENT made in duplicate this 21st day of April, 2026, by and between the Board of Education of Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, (the School District of Residence), and the Board of Education of the Haldane Central School District, Town of Cold Spring, County of Putnam, New York. WITNESSETH, that whereas the School District of Residence has been duly empowered by the provisions of Section 912 of the Education Law to enter into a contract for the purpose of providing health and welfare services for children residing in said school district and attending a non-public school in the Haldane Central School District, to begin on January 28, 2026 and to end June 30, 2026. NOW, THEREFORE, the School District of Residence agrees to pay the Haldane Central School District the sum of $288.00 per pupil for health and welfare services provided under Section 912 to each child residing in the District of Residence and attending a non-public school in the Haldane Central School District. And the Haldane Central School District agrees with the School District of Residence as follows: 1. That the health and welfare services to be provided shall consist of school nursing services. 2. That the Haldane Central Schoo! District will furnish the following equipment to be used in providing such services if requested by the authorities in charge of the non-public school: supplies and equipment for use by the school nurse. It is expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that the services agreed to be supplied under this contract shall not include any teaching services.
