(SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING FOR OMNIBUS ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS
FOR JULY 21, 2026)
WHEREAS, periodically, the Town Board approves zoning text amendments in order to
make necessary clarifications to the Town Code; and
WHEREAS, there are various amendments that the Town Board will consider, including,
but not limited to, the definitions in the Zoning Chapter, the simplification of the Table of
Dimensional Regulations for residential districts, and the clarification of various procedural items;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board schedules a Public
Hearing for July 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
for Omnibus Zoning Text Amendments.
