On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #174-2026
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson is party to an existing lease
agreement with T-Mobile Northeast LLC for the colocation of a cell antenna at 1
Van Wyck Street; and
WHEREAS, T-Mobile Northeast LLC has approached the Village seeking a
modification to the lease effective upon the end of the current term on March 12,
2028; and
WHERAES, the new monthly lease payment as of March 12, 2028, shall be $3,950
per month with an annual percentage increase of 2% thereafter,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the amendment to the lease
agreement with T-Mobile Northeast LLC for the colocation of a cell antenna at 1
Van Wyck Street.
