On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following
resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-
Hudson, New York, with a - vote.
Resolution #81-2026
WHEREAS, the Recreation Department schedules various trips for senior citizens
to attend throughout the year; and
WHEREAS, a number of these trips require the use of charter buses for
transportation to and from Croton-on-Hudson; and
WHEREAS, costs associated with these trips, including the cost of fuel, have
increased during the course of the year; and
WHEREAS, as a result, the full cost of these buses was not fully budgeted in the
2025-2026 General Fund Budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfer in the 2025-
2026 General Fund Budget:
