An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on April 15, 2026, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse
Municipal Building.
Village Clerk Paula DiSanto
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss matters of personnel involving specific
individuals was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by Trustee Nicholson and
approved with a 5-0 vote at 7:01 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Simon, seconded by Trustee Nicholson, the Board voted 5-0 to adjourn
the executive session at 7:35 PM.
