An Executive Session of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
was held on April 16, 2026, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse
Municipal Building.
Chief of Police John Nikitopoulos (via phone)
A motion to enter into an executive session to discuss information relating to current or future
investigation of a criminal offense was made by Trustee Simon. The motion was seconded by
Trustee Nicholson and approved with a 5-0 vote at 9:30 PM.
No formal action was taken during this session.
On a motion by Trustee Slippen, seconded by Trustee Simon, the Board voted 5-0 to adjourn the
executive session at 9:54 PM.
