On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution
was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New
York with a - vote.
Resolution #89-2026
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees desire to have formal guidelines for the
various advisory boards, committees and councils that it has established; and
WHEREAS, feedback has been received from the chairs of these various boards,
committees and councils, which has been incorporated into these guidelines; and
WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees reviewed a draft of these guidelines at a
work session held on February 11, 2026; and
WHEREAS, a meeting of the committee chairs was held on March 24, 2026, to
further refine these guidelines,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
adopts the Board and Committee Guidelines as presented; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that individuals currently serving on more than one
board, committee and/or council shall inform the Village Manager by May 31, 2026,
on their decision.
