On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with a
- vote.
Resolution #91-2026
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
undertakes the following actions:
1. Accepting with regret the resignation of Eva Thaddeus from the Village
Planning Board effective May 13, 2026;
2. Filing the following items for the record: letters from the Westchester
Municipal Planning Federation, announcement from the New York Power
Authority and Canal Corporation on the 2026 Supplier Diversity Expo,
announcement from Senator Kirsten Gillibrand on the 2026 Service Academy
Information Night and notice from the Westchester Rent Guidelines Board.
