, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote: Resolution #103-2026 WHEREAS, the Village applied for the AARP Community Challenge Grant earlier this year to install a rectangular rapid flashing beacon (RRFB) on Maple Street near Van Cortlandt Place; and WHEREAS, on May 8, 2026, the Village was notified that it was one of the successful applicants in the grant program and will receive funds in the amount of $15,000 towards the installation of the RRFB; and WHEREAS, a grant agreement has been provided to memorialize the one-time payment, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Trustees hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the grant agreement with AARP and any other documentation necessary to receive the funds.
