On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with
a - vote.
Resolution #104-2026
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson has been awarded funding through a grant
contract (Contract Number DEC01-C02671GM-3350000) with the New York State
Department of Environmental Conservation through the Municipal Zero-Emission
Vehicle Infrastructure grant program; and
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson will utilize this funding to install electric
vehicle charging stations and upgrade supporting infrastructure at the Croton-Harmon
train station parking lot; and
WHEREAS, a contract amendment has been provided to extend the contract date from
September 30, 2026, to September 30, 2027,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the amendment to Contract DEC01-
C02671GM-3350000 with the New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation.
