On motion of TRUSTEE , seconded by TRUSTEE , the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #107-2026
WHEREAS, the Village Justice Court uses stenographic services for court sessions
and jury trials; and
WHEREAS, the current contract with the court’s stenographer, Bridget Abatecola,
expires on May 31, 2026,
WHEREAS, a new contract has been provided for the period of June 1, 2026, through
May 31, 2027, with an updated fee schedule,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is authorized to
enter into a contract with Bridget Abatecola for stenographic work in the Village
Justice Court beginning June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that funding for such services is available in the
following account: A1110.4000.
