following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-
on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote:
Resolution #108-2026
WHEREAS, the Water Department must purchase asphalt to repair water leak
trenches; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the replacement asphalt was not fully funded in the 2025-
2026 Water Fund budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes
the Village Treasurer to make the following transfer in the 2025-2026 Water Fund
Budget:
