On motion of Trustee ___ and seconded by Trustee ___, the following resolution was
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on- Hudson, New York,
with a - vote.
Resolution #112-2026
WHEREAS, WBP Development LLC will be submitting a building permit
application for their 100-unit, affordable home ownership development to be-located
at 1 Croton Point Avenue in the near future; and
WHEREAS, Village Engineer Vincent Salanitro desires assistance with review of
these plans, in accordance with Section 86-7(E) of the Village Code; and
WHEREAS, LaBella Associates, D.P.C., of White Plains, New York, has submitted
a proposal and agreement for third party building code review services for this
project,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby
authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement with LaBella Associates,
D.P.C., for services related to the review of the building permit application for WBP
Development LLC; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the applicant is directed to deposit an escrow
amount of $38,500 with the Village to fund these services.
