On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #157-2026
WHEREAS, DPW Superintendent Frank Balbi has submitted a request to purchase
battery-powered equipment totaling $2,628; and
WHEREAS, on January 6, 2020, the Board of Trustees established a trust account
for the accrual of funds from the solar array located at the DPW Garage; and
WHEREAS, this equipment would fall under the sustainable initiatives this
account is allowed to fund; and
WHEREAS, this account currently has an available balance of $84,913.49,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
authorize the expenditure of $2,628 from the sustainable trust account for the
purchase of battery-powered equipment.
