A proposal from John Tucci, president of EverBlue Lakes, recommends replacing the Duck Pond aeration system, which has reached the end of its useful life, with a new compressor system using two EB 2P8 aeration compressors in a sound-insulated, weatherproof, ventilated enclosure. The quoted costs are $4,850 one-time for the compressor system with a one-year warranty on all components, $850 for installation and $2,900 for annual service under a proposed hybrid purchase/service program.

1 | P a g e To: John Bouchard Croton-On-Hudson, New York From: John Tucci President, EverBlue Lakes Project: Duck Pond Aeration System Recommendations Hello John, As we discussed after the latest issue with the Duck Pond Aeration System, we have reached the useful life of the existing system. We are recommending replacing the system with a new compressor system with all new compressors, upgraded sound reduction and ventilation. We are well past the life of the existing lease program. We were willing to keep that program going as long as the current system was viable. We are recommending a hybrid purchase/service program moving forward where we will still provide the same service, cleaning and repair and replacement of the in-water components of the system. For compressor repair or replacement, we will need to charge the replacement cost of the component. However, we will warranty all equipment on the new system for one year.
