, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote: Resolution #160-2026 WHEREAS, the Village has been awarded a grant from the Justice Court Assistance Program for security enhancements in the court clerk’s office; and WHEREAS, the grant of $4,500 does not cover the full cost of these enhancements, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget amendment in the 2025-2026 General Fund budget: A1110.4000 Court – Contractual $4,500 GENERAL REVENUES Increase A1110.3089 State Aid – JCAP Funding $4,500 AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: that the Village Board hereby authorizes the Village Treasurer to make the following budget transfer in the 2026-2027 General Fund budget: A1110.4000 Court – Contractual $3,000 Decrease A1990.4000 Contingency $3,000 Dated: July 1, 2026
