On motion of TRUSTEE____________, seconded by TRUSTEE _______, the
following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of
Croton-on-Hudson, New York:
Resolution #163-2026
WHEREAS, Westchester County has provided endpoint detection and response
services to the Village of Croton-on-Hudson and other county municipalities
through a shared services agreement; and
WHERAES, these services are now being offered at no cost by the New York State
Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES); and
WHEREAS, New York State DHSES has provided an agreement outlining the
terms and conditions of the services to be offered,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees
hereby authorizes the Village Manager to execute the agreement with New York
State DHSES for endpoint detection and response services.
