The proposed action is a local law to amend and update various sections of the Zoning chapter of the code of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson. The primary intention of this action is to update outdated language and revise certain definitions – for example, revising the definition of “Family.” Because these changes are largely linguistic and do not carry significant policy changes, the proposed action is not expected to have a significant impact on environmental resources.
