We were asked to send a proposed budget for 2023 - 2024 for the Village's consideration of making us an official Village Committee. Below is the budget we came up with for September 2023 - September 2024. This budget includes a proposed winter community cookie sharing event that we would love to host in the municipal building community space, if available, and another late spring/early summer potluck event in Senasqua Park. If we had the budget, we would love to have a table at Summerfest to help get the word out more to residents, realtors, and businesses, in addition to our spot in the parade we've held last two years, We also estimated increased bag fees with potential to switch to reusable custom tote bags, and additional deliveries including new apartment builds expected to open spring 2024. We currently have 5 active committee members, but would love to expand to add a few more to further diversify our committee. Please let me know if you have any questions and if you all would like a more formal presentation for the entire Board and Mayor as well.
