On motion of TRUSTEE __, seconded by TRUSTEE ___, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #176-2023 WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson desires to add a new Chapter 185 entitled “Recycling” to the Village Code to codify the source separation and segregation of recyclable materials; and WHEREAS, the Village Board of Trustees is considering the adoption of Local Law Introductory No. 16 of 2023, which has been drafted for such purposes, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board of Trustees hereby schedules a Public Hearing on August 28, 2023, at 7 PM, in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, New York 10520, to consider Local Law Introductory No. 16 of 2023, adding a new Chapter 185 entitled “Recycling” to the Village Code.
