On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with a 
- vote. 
 
Resolution #184-2023 
 
WHEREAS, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson utilizes meters for all customers to 
measure the amount of water being used at each location; and 
 
WHEREAS, the existing meter at Sky View Rehabilitation & Health Care has reached 
the end of its functional life; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Village has received a check from Sky View in the amount of $2,206 
to replace the meter; and 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to make the 
following budget amendment to the 2023-2024 Water Fund budget: 
 
WATER FUND EXPENSES 
Increase 
F8340.2000 – Equipment                    
$2,206 
 
WATER FUND REVENUES 
Increase 
F1000.2770 – Other Unclassified          
$2,206
