On motion of TRUSTEE ___, seconded by TRUSTEE ____, the following resolution was adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on-Hudson, New York, with a - vote. Resolution #185-2023 WHEREAS, in 2021, the Village of Croton-on-Hudson was awarded grant funding through the New York State Clean Energy Communities (CEC) Program for various clean energy projects, including the installation of solar panels atop the Washington Engine Company firehouse on North Riverside Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Village signed an agreement with New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) outlining the terms and conditions of the implementation of the grant project, dated March 14, 2021; and WHEREAS, a modification has been proposed to this Agreement in order to permit the Village of Croton-on-Hudson to purchase a municipal Electric Vehicle, subject to certain terms and conditions, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Manager is hereby authorized to execute Modification No. 1 to the Clean Energy Communities (CEC) Agreement with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
