Please include any questions or comments: Hi, I have a question about Chica fest. As you may know, I am the admin for
one of the Croton facebook groups. People are saying that the event cost $40 per person and that residents weren't able
to go into the park/that the park was in effect not open to residents who didn't want to pay $40. Is this true? I have no
opinion either way, I just would like to set the record straight on that particular point because I try to take
misinformation seriously (although it is somewhat Sisyphean when it comes to social media). It sounded like a fun event
that brought a lot of people to the village, and I love that we can hold events like this here.

Would like to express concern over the crowdedness, noise, illegal parking, and trash generated at the Sunday August
27th Concern. I do not feel as if I was properly notified of a large event happening at Senasqua and it was a huge
inconvenience for residents who wanted to utilize the park and the Riverwalk. I do not believe Senasqua is big enough
for an event of this size.

question for the meeting

Hi,
I wasn't sure what the proper email address is to have my question read at the meeting.
Please read my question at tonight's meeting.
Can you share with us what due diligence was done by the village regarding last weekends chicha festival? Who made
the decision that Senesqua Park had adequate parking to accommodate this event? Were all costs from set up to clean
up covered by the event organizer?
Thanks,
Colleen Beyrer

Please include any questions or comments: My home is located above Riverside Drive, yesterday's (August 27th)
Ecuadorian Festival greatly affected my home and my family's wellbeing. The sound was so loud that items in my house
were bouncing around. I called the Police and spoke to Sgt. on duty ‐ I asked if he could speak to the people in charge of
the festival to incrementally lower the volume. His response was "what do you expect ‐ it's a festival." I have a decibel
reader app on my phone, the decibels in my house on average 98dB, and at the festival itself, it was ranging above
125dB. What can we do going forward to limit the volume on festivals?
