On motion of TRUSTEE -, seconded by TRUSTEE -, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York with 
the following vote: -. 
 
Resolution #193-2023 
 
WHEREAS, the Village has made a number of personnel changes in recent weeks; and 
 
WHEREAS, certain budgetary accounts need to have funding reallocated as a result of 
these changes, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Board authorizes the Village 
Treasurer to make the following budget transfers in the General Fund: 
 
A1110.1000 – Justice Court Personnel - increase by $34,030.11 
 
A1980.4000 – MTA Payroll Tax - decrease by $13,271.74 
 
A1680.1000 – Central Data Processing Personnel - decrease by $20,758.37
