On motion of TRUSTEE ---, seconded by TRUSTEE ---, the following resolution was 
adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Croton- on- Hudson, New York with 
a - vote. 
 
Resolution #194-2023 
 
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works bought, prepared, and sold food and drink 
items at three of the Summer Concerts at Senasqua Park; and 
 
WHEREAS, these expenses were not budgeted for in the 2023-2024 General Fund 
Budget; and 
 
WHEREAS, the Department collected $1,186.81 from the sale of food and drink items; 
and 
 
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Public Works has requested these funds to be 
transferred into the Department’s operating account, 
 
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that the Village Treasurer is authorized to make 
the following budget amendment to the 2023-2024 General Fund budget as follows: 
 
A7110.4200 – Recreation – Supplies   
                         $ 1,186.81 
 
GENERAL REVENUES 
Increase 
A7020.2001 – Parks & Recreation Fees                                $ 1,186.81
